Applicable to Promotions offered by Justrite Manufacturing Company, LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Justrite”).

Promotion Terms & Conditions

Eligibility and Free Item Selection: With the purchase of qualifying product(s) as determined by Justrite in its sole discretion, the buyer may be eligible to receive one (1) free item, the specific item of which will be selected at the sole discretion of Justrite. The free item is provided as-is and cannot be exchanged for a different item, cash, or credit.
Returns, Credits, and Refunds: No returns, credits, refunds, or other consideration will be accepted or issued for the free item provided in connection with this promotion, regardless of condition or circumstances. The free item is provided at no additional charge and is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Applicable Terms and Warranties: All standard terms and conditions of sale remain in effect for purchased items. The free item is provided "AS IS" and WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Program Revocation: Justrite reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate this promotional program at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability. Any such changes will not affect orders already accepted by Justrite prior to the effective date of such change.
General Provisions: Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. This promotion is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Justrite shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with this promotion, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
