Competitive and Comprehensive Benefits

Taking care of the health and well-being of our associates is important to us. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, wellness and 401k retirement plans to all regular fulltime associates.

  • Medical

    We offer a variety of PPO medical plans, including a High Deductible Health Plan, to our associates and their eligible dependents. All plans cover preventative care, routine office visits, emergency room visits, inpatient and outpatient care, behavior/mental health and substance abuse treatment, physical therapy, home healthcare, hospice, and prescription drugs.

  • Dental

    We offer a dental plan that assists with the cost of dental expenses for our associates and their eligible dependents. Our dental plan operates under a wide network of participating providers. Associates will find reduced out of pocket costs when choosing dentists within the network. Our plan offers coverage for preventative services as well as basic and major restorative services. Orthodontia coverage is available for dependents up to 19 years of age.

  • Vision

    We offer a vision plan to our associates and their eligible dependents that provides affordable vision examinations as well as eyewear and contact lenses.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts

    We offer Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) to our associates which give the opportunity to set money aside through pre-tax payroll deductions that can be used for eligible out-of-pocket healthcare and dependent care expenses.

    Associates can contribute up to the annual IRS limit per year for reimbursement of eligible out-of-pocket healthcare expenses (such as co-pays, prescription drugs, contact lenses, eyeglasses, orthodontia, and many over the counter healthcare items) through the Healthcare FSA.

    A Limited Purpose FSA is available to associates enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan. This account provides reimbursement for eligible out-of-pocket dental and vision expenses.

    Additionally, we offer a Dependent Care FSA in which associates can set aside a maximum of $5,000 per year for reimbursement of eligible child and elder care expenses.

  • Health Savings Account

    We offer a Health Savings Account (HSA) to our associates who enroll in the High Deductible Health Plan. This account provides reimbursement for eligible healthcare, prescription, dental and vision expenses. Associates can make pre-tax contributions up to the annual IRS limit. Justrite also makes a monthly contribution up to a maximum of $750 for employee only or $1,800 for family annually to the account.

    Contributions can be used to cover eligible expenses or can allow the account to grow for use in future years and in retirement.

  • Wellness Program

    Justrite feels strongly about making wellness a major corporate strategy and we believe that it plays an integral role in the overall health and well-being of our associates. We offer the following programs and resources:

    • Wellness Works program that includes biometric screenings at no cost to our associates and their spouses. These comprehensive screenings promote prevention and early detection and can equate to medical premium discounts of up to 30%.

    • Fitness reimbursement programs to offset the cost of gym memberships and/or weight loss programs.

    • Tobacco cessation reimbursement program.

    • Webinars focused on wellness, mental health, managing stress and finances and more.

  • Life Insurance

    We provide life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance to associates and their dependents at no cost. We also offer voluntary life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance that can be purchased separately.

  • Retirement Savings

    We offer a Safe Harbor 401k Plan that allows associates to prepare for retirement by contributing pre-tax earnings and/or after-tax ROTH earnings. A company match is also provided. Participants can choose to invest in a wide range of investment options or can take advantage of the myFinancial Future® tool. This tool provides participants with financial advice and guidance to help make investment decisions that will aid in reaching your retirement goals.

  • Disability

    We provide short-term disability and long-term disability insurance at no cost to our associates. These plans ensures that eligible associates have continued financial support during approved medical leaves of absence.

    Short-term disability provides financial assistance for up to 26 weeks.

    Long-term disability is designed to provide a continued monthly financial benefit once an associate has been on an approved medical leave for more than six months.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

    Our EAP is a free, confidential resource for our associates and their dependents with 24/7 availability. When the need arises, the EAP offers caring, professional help for a broad range of concerns including stress management, depression and anxiety, grief, family and workplace conflicts and more. They provide easy access to confidential counseling services. The EAP also offers community referrals and information for a variety of topics such as childcare, elder care, basic legal and financial, college planning and other convenience services.

  • Tuition Assistance

    Justrite encourages our associates to improve their skills and qualifications in areas related to the Company’s operations. Eligible associates may qualify for tuition assistance based upon the degree program the associate completes.

  • Paid Time Off

    Taking time off to relax and recharge is important. Our new associates accrue vacation at an annual rate of two weeks per year. We also grant 32 hours of personal time per year (prorated in the first year, based on date of hire). We observe 10 paid holidays per year. Specific holiday schedules vary, depending on local practices.
