Checkers™ 6 ft standard recycled plastic speed bump with lag bolt hardware, model SB6S-LY is designed to alert drivers to potentially hazardous driveways and parking areas, as well as acting as a traffic calming device to ensure the safety of pedestrians. 

These vehicle and motion safety devices are manufactured from 100% recycled low-density polyethylene. The safety bumps will not not chip or crack under heavy loads and are built to withstand abuse from gas, oil, salt, sunlight, and chemicals. 

Checkers speed bumps are molded in solid yellow color and never need painting. They also feature channels that can act as cable protectors. They are maintenance free and can easily be installed by one person.

This 6 ft standard recycled plastic speed bump offers dimensions of 2.25 in high x 10 in wide x 72 in long —  to provide a speed bump to slow the speed of traffic to 3 to 5 MPH. This is a valuable option in school and hospital zones, parking lots or anywhere that traffic speeds must be reduced. 

This standard speed bump model includes all required lag bolt hardware for concrete installations.
