The 6' Green/White Park-It® Parking Curb, model GNRS1620GN measures 72" L x 6" W x 4" H. It is constructed from 100% recycled rubber, ensuring it is environmentally friendly, durable and lightweight. Unlike traditional concrete or asphalt curbs, the Park-It® parking curb resists chipping, cracking, and crumbling and is resistant to corrosion, extreme weather changes, moisture, ultraviolet light, and common road chemicals such as oil and road salt. Additionally, these parking curbs require no painting or ongoing maintenance, making it a cost-effective and labor-saving option over its lifetime.
The bright green color makes it clear that a space is reserved for an electric vehicle or where a charging station is located. Placement at a proper distance from the charging station may help protect the station from collision damage.
This green and white Park-It curb is also used to reduce the stress on traffic systems by increasing the ridership and usage of bike lanes when properly placed accordance with FHWA guidance for separated bike lane planning & design. This represents the best option to achieve bike lane separation without costly road & sidewalk projects.
Park-It car stops are green molded with highly reflective white sections for enhanced visibility, even in low light conditions.
