Checkers Industrial Safety Products, LLC Acquires C&C Signal, LLC

Broomfield, CO – Checkers Industrial Safety Products, LLC, a global market leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of safety products for the mining, oil & gas, and other industrial markets announced today the acquisition of C&C Signal, an innovative leader in the design, engineering, and production of highway safety and traffic control products, which is based in Mesa, AZ. David Kasnic, President of Checkers Industrial Safety Products added, “C&C Signal adds a complementary line of innovative product solutions to our existing safety products, increasing our overall breadth to serve customers in our existing end markets, as well as introduces Checkers Industrial Safety Products to new markets.” This acquistion coupled with the acquisition of HBM Canada, announced last week, expands Checkers Industrial Safety Products’ product offering and enhances its existing capabilities in engineering and design.
