Checkers has acquired Superior Manufacturing Group, Inc.

This acquisition brings NOTRAX, AKRO, APEX, and HomeTrax Designs into the Checkers family. These Superior brands complement the recent Checkers acquisitions of AlturnaMATS and SVE Portable Roadways, producers of medium- to heavy-duty ground protection matting products. The combined product offering now includes light-, medium-, and heavy-duty ground protection and floor matting products for multiple end markets, including home, commercial, food service, industrial, landscaping, construction, utility, oil & gas, and mining applications. Checkers is now the only company worldwide that offers both indoor and outdoor safety matting products into common markets and customers.
